Senior Fundraising Manager

Salary:                           Circa £25,000

Contract:                      1 year (maternity cover)

Hours:                           35 per week

Annual leave:               20 days per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays

We are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and creative Senior Fundraising Manager to cover maternity leave for one year. You will play an instrumental role within Rainbow House at an exciting time for the charity, taking the lead on fundraising initiatives to drive income in new areas for the organisation, as well as building on existing relationships. With focus on high net worth individuals, major donors, and stewardship the role provides a fantastic opportunity for someone to have real impact in a small but stable local charity.

As Senior Fundraising Manager you will become part of a small, energetic, creative and motivated team. To be considered for this role you will ideally have a strong background in major donor management and supporter communications and experience of working with a range of tools will be an advantage.

You will also work with and support the CEO to develop and implement a Fundraising Strategy to raise the income required to finance the activities of the charity. Your role will include the support and development of individuals within the fundraising team and experience of management is desirable.

Conductive Education Classroom Facilitators

We are seeking enthusiastic Classroom Assistants to join our existing team within Rainbow House Conductive Education Services to children and adults with physical limitations in order to help them to participate in all aspects of daily life.

The position is 9am – 4pm Mondays to Fridays (with flexibility).
Term times only (7.50 per hour)
